Our conversation kept circling back to something I’m seeing everywhere right now: people waking up mid-stride and realizing the thing they built so carefully is suddenly not it.
It’s that light-bulb moment when clarity shows up uninvited and says, “Hey. We need to talk.” 😬
Jennie and I chatted about how strangely liberating that realization can be.
It felt especially familiar to me, having made my own shift from Wildhood Wanted to Homebody(ish) simply because I wasn’t the same person anymore. The throughline of the conversation wasn’t reinvention as a bold leap; it was reinvention as a truthful one. It just made sense.
